Questions
- What stays free?
- The whole web app, in one browser, forever — no task limit, no account required. Creating an account is also free; it only becomes useful once you add Sync.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. This browser keeps working exactly as before, and the last copy Sync saved stays downloadable so you always have it.
- Where are my tasks stored?
- In local mode, tasks never leave this browser. With Sync, your task document is also stored on BranchFirst's server so every device and the terminal app can read and update it.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — see the refund policy.
- Who handles payment?
- Stripe, as merchant of record. Stripe handles VAT and issues your invoices.
